Have You Ever Longed to Feel Closer to God?
The inspiration for these cards comes from a prayer I recently learned by Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, “Stay with me, Lord.” It is such a beautiful and comforting prayer that I truly wish I had discovered earlier in life.
With everything happening in the world right now, I feel more than ever the need for God and the desire to feel close to Him. This prayer speaks deeply to that longing — it is an intimate request for His presence, guidance, and peace.
Although it is traditionally prayed after Communion, I find myself returning to it often in daily life. To me, it feels like a spiritual gift lovingly left for us by Saint Pio, so we can always find words when our hearts need them most.
I hope this prayer can also accompany you — or someone you love — bringing comfort, faith, and a sense of closeness to God.
